Frequently asked questions

What is your guarantee?

Your satisfaction is our main priority. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will fix it or give your money back— it’s as simple as that.

What locations do you service?

We offer our selling and inspection services in the Tri-Cities, TN area. Our buyers services can be used in any area.

What services do you offer for buyers?

We’re with you every step of the way in your car-buying journey — from initial research and vehicle shopping to dealer communication, test drive scheduling, negotiation, delivery coordination, and even financing support. Whether you want full-service guidance or just a little help finding the right car, we tailor our support to your needs. How involved we are is completely up to you.

What services do you offer for sellers?

We do a thorough inspection on any vehicle we help sell— this helps us accurately represent them and answer any questions of potential buyers. We then build professional listings and get your car on the market. Then we field inquiries and forward only the serious buyers to you.

Do you do state inspections?

No. We do not have the licensing and emissions test equipment to offer state mandated vehicle inspections.

Do you offer inspections on RV’s, large trucks, motorcycles or classic cars?

Unfortunately, no. We aim to service the 95% of vehicle buyers looking for a contemporary vehicle. Inspections of RV’s, large trucks, busses, motorcycles and classics require specialty tools and training that we do not possess.

Will you perform a compression or cylinder leak-down test?

No. This type of testing is typically more invasive and time consuming than most sellers will allow us to perform.

How do you inspect the undercarriage of a vehicle?

We are unable to put a vehicle on a lift or jacks, so we use a variety of mirrors and cameras to see as much as possible while the vehicle is on the ground.

How quickly will I receive my inspection report?

We aim to have our inspection report in your inbox within 24 hours, but it sometimes takes as much as 48 hours (or two business days). If we are unable to fulfill your order in that time frame, we will refund your money.

What if the car sells before the inspection?

Placing a deposit on the vehicle you are interested in is highly recommended if the dealer agrees to refund your money if the inspection uncovers something that makes you uncomfortable.

What if something goes wrong after I buy the car you inspected?

We do our best to provide a thorough and detailed inspection of every vehicle. That said, no inspection can uncover every issue — especially if defects are hidden, minor, or temporarily masked. Our goal is to give you the most accurate snapshot of the vehicle’s condition on the day of the inspection.

If you notice something we missed, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re committed to improving and will do what we can to make it right.
